The Food Sanity Teleseminar
The Food Sanity teleseminar is distance learning at its best. Delivered on line or by phone, it is a real-time, dynamic learning experience with continuing support over time. The first teleseminar will begin in February, 2008 and will consist of three weekly sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each. In between, I will be available on line to answer specific questions and provide support. The Food Sanity teleseminar will change your body and your life forever. It is a complete, intense program that is different from anything you have ever tried before.
Time and Dates: Tuesday, Feb. 19, Feb. 26, and March 4. 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A Part 2 will be offered at the end of March. These two series will cover all the material of the Yoga of Eating live workshops Part 1 and Part 2.
